X Corp. opposes Ørsted's motion to dismiss US advertiser boycott claims

( September 18, 2025, 22:32 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: X Corporation filed an opposition brief over Osted Services' motion to dismiss claims of a US advertiser boycott, telling a federal judge that by conceding that its suit-related contracts suffice to support personal jurisdiction in the Southern District of New York, Ørsted also concedes that its contacts with the US as a whole support the same under Section 12 of the Clayton Act. In related claims Rumble filed against the World Federation of Advertisers, "this Court rejected the plaintiff's contention that [Clayton Act Section 12] applied in similar circumstances to an alien defendant," but Rumble did not cite the key statutes and arguments X relies on, including Supreme Court caselaw, X's opposition reply to dismissal said.See attached document: ...
