Telegram's review of Australian regulator's fine notice to be heard in December

In a Federal Court of Australia hearing on Friday, lawyer David Klempfner, acting for Telegram, said that the “scope and volume of the affidavit material filed on behalf of the [eSafety Commissioner] has caught the applicant somewhat by surprise.” Klempfner said that a straightforward judicial review had now become complex.
