Tzell Travel must face commission price-fixing claims, US judge says

( September 17, 2025, 17:53 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Tzell Travel, Travel Leaders Group and others must face travel agent price-fixing claims brought by FlightBlitz, a California federal judge said in an order denying the defendants’ motion for summary judgment. “Notwithstanding evidence of Defendants’ majority ownership of [All Star Travel Group] and the formal agreements between Defendants and ASTG, Plaintiffs submit evidence demonstrating Defendants and ASTG were independently managed, pursued separate economic interests, and competed with each other,” US District Judge Consuelo Marshall said in an order filed in the Central District of California.See attached file....
