Problems with online purchases accounted for nearly 42 percent of calls, while complaints about illegal websites represented nearly 37 percent of calls. Of all complaints, 98 percent or 26,794 cases were resolved, the agency said. Under the Digital Platform Services law, the ETDA collaborates with digital platforms, regulators and police to close fraud loopholes, promote transparency and deliver faster relief to consumers.The ETDA's report, in Thai, follows....
