Bimbo–Wickbold deal cleared in Brazil with major divestments required

The remedies, formalized in a concentration control agreement, include the full divestiture of two key brands: Nutrella, Bimbo’s flagship in the healthy bread segment, and Tá Pronto!, Wickbold’s tortilla and wrap line. Both brands are among the most prominent in their respective categories, alongside Bimbo’s Rap10 and Wickbold’s bread portfolio.
