Smartmatic cofounder, former executive seek notice on evidence in US bribery case

( September 17, 2025, 21:21 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Smartmatic cofounder Roger Alejandro Piñate Martinez and former executive Jorge Vasquez have asked a US judge to order the government to provide notice on evidence of uncharged acts they intend to introduce at trial. Piñate and Vasquez will later seek to block the evidence from being introduced at all, but for now they do not have proper notice against which party prosecutors will introduce the uncharged acts, according to a court filing.See attached document....
