Johnson & Johnson, Janssen oppose judgment in US antitrust case over Stelara

They said that CareFirst has not presented competent evidence of monopoly power, much less the kind of evidence necessary to take this issue from a jury should their case proceed to trial. Additionally, the motion ignores extensive countervailing evidence, including evidence that Stelara competed vigorously with other medications on price and other factors, they said in their opposition brief.See attached file. ...
