Quantity, size of HSR transactions grew in FY24, US FTC, DOJ say

( September 17, 2025, 17:40 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary:  Reportable transactions under the US Hart-Scott-Rodino Act grew to 2,031 in fiscal 2024, and more than a quarter had values over $1 billion, according to an annual report from the US Federal Trade Commission and US Department of Justice. The newly reported figures were both increases from the previous year, where the agencies saw 1,805 transactions, including 24 percent over $1 billion.See document attached....
