EU countries asked for input on AI Act’s delays, simplification

Denmark has circulated a note asking governments for recommendations on how to respond to the delays of technical standards, which parts of the law should be simplified, and any additional support measures, especially for SMEs and SMCs.EU member states have been asked to provide feedback on how a forthcoming package to amend the bloc’s digital laws should address the AI Act, to ease compliance and deal with delays in technical standards....
