China's Chongqing issues negative list on data outflows

The list spells out categories of important data in the smart vehicle industry whose export requires security clearance. It identifies nine scenarios tied to auto research and testing, manufacturing, supply chains and user services, with examples that cover nearly the entire value chain of connected cars.
