Five companies fined in Latvia for utility networks bid-rigging cartel

( September 11, 2025, 13:59 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Latvia’s antitrust authority has fined five companies more than €513,500 for exchanging sensitive information and coordinating participation conditions in more than 30 public tenders between 2021 and 2024. The tenders were organized to award contracts for repair and construction services in utility networks. The companies hit with fines are Siltumtehserviss, Akpure IM, Adapteris, Alpex and Infrakom.
