Eibel Bau, Neumayer Bau and Schwartz Bau fined in Austria for collusion

( September 11, 2025, 09:17 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Construction business Schwartz Bau has been fined €140,000 ($163,000), while Neumayer Bau and Eibel Bau have been fined €90,000 and €26,000 respectively, for fixing prices, market division and exchanging information in tenders for projects between 2011 and 2017, Austria's antitrust authority said on Thursday.
