( September 11, 2025, 03:40 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The review of Yamaha Motor Australia’s agreement with Bombardier Recreation Products and BRP Australia to acquire 100 percent of the shares in Telwater has been paused, while the regulator awaits further information requested from the merger parties.
