SAP files reply in support of US high court to review Teradata's tying case

( September 10, 2025, 17:19 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: SAP filed a reply in support of its petition for the US Supreme Court to review Teradata’s case accusing it of engaging in an illegal tying scheme to cement its dominance in enterprise systems, saying the opposition basically ignores the circuit conflict in the case. “Respondents seek to paint the petition as raising a one-off factual dispute over whether S/4HANA and HANA are integrated products. But there can be no serious question that, on the undisputed facts here, this case would have come out differently under the DC Circuit’s reasoning in [US v. Microsoft],” SAP argued.
