Turkish steel processor fighting anti-circumvention duties at EU court today

( September 11, 2025, 08:45 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Turkish exporting producer Çolakoğlu Metalurji is at the EU's first-tier court today to contest EU anti-circumvention duties on imports of hot-rolled stainless-steel sheets and coils originating from Indonesia, but consigned from Turkey. In 2023, European Commission extended the dumping duties of 17.3 percent on imports from Indonesia, to imports from Turkey, to tackle avoidance of the measures.
