USCIT rules against Commerce in China millworks case
( September 5, 2025, 22:27 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex summary: The US Court of International Trade remanded a 2023 Department of Commerce review of antidumping and antisubsidy orders on wood moulding and millwork products from China. CIT Judge Jane Restani said Commerce erred when it rescinded administrative reviews on Chinese companies China Cornici Co., Ltd. and RaoPing HongRong Handicrafts Co., Ltd. because they lacked suspended subject imports, ruling that a rescission is only authorized when there are no entries of subject imports at all.See attached ruling....
