Amazon moves to block 'bad faith' order from admission to trial

( September 2, 2025, 17:27 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Amazon opposes a motion by the US Federal Trade Commission to admit to trial an order in July finding it acted in bad faith in withholding 70,000 documents from the FTC. Amazon told US District Judge John Chun that the order "is entirely irrelevant" to allegations that Amazon violated the Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act, "and its introduction at trial would create a significant distraction and cause substantial unfair prejudice."See attached documents....
