In court filings seen by MLex, class action law firm Piper Alderman has questioned the decision of Judge Michael O’Bryan, who concluded that the “broader scope” of the lawsuit filed by law firm Maurice Blackburn was more likely to clarify the position of claimants in the rival lawsuit.
