BlueScope Steel's appeal rejection welcomed by Australian antitrust regulator

In a statement welcoming today’s ruling by a Federal Court of Australia appeals panel, the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission said it was “pleased” that today’s decision has “endorsed the findings” made by the Federal Court in December 2022 and the penalties imposed.
