Indian antitrust watchdog directed by court to clarify Publicis investigation

The Delhi High Court issued the directive during a hearing following a petition filed by Publicis Groupe's subsidiary, TLG India, which argued that the probe is invalid because the Competition Commission of India failed to name a legal entity as the respondent.  The Indian antitrust watchdog has been directed by a local high court to produce its initial order in the high-profile investigation of leading advertising companies in India, which included the French multinational, Publicis Groupe Holdings....
