Pfnier hit with EUR330,000 fine in Austria for bid-rigging

( August 28, 2025, 13:15 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Austrian company Pfnier has been fined 330,000 euros by the country’s cartel court for price-fixing, market division and information exchange with rivals over a five-year period. The conduct occurred in connection with public and private tenders for building construction projects from at least May 2012 to May 2017, the domestic antitrust authority said today.
