Chief of staff for US FTC's Holyoak joins Rule Garza Howley

Aryeh Mellman has also joined Rule Garza Howley as an associate to help satisfy an increasing demand for sophisticated antitrust advice amid a complex and dramatically changing regulatory environment, the firm said.
