Greece, Poland and Bulgaria face EU court for not implementing road-charging rules

( August 25, 2025, 08:37 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The European Commission has referred Greece, Poland and Bulgaria to the EU’s top court for failing to implement EU rules on charging vehicles for the use of road infrastructure, according to entries in the EU's Official Journal published today. The legislation was due to be transposed into national law by March 2024. Despite earlier warnings from the commission, the three countries missed the deadline.
