The agency argues that the proposed final judgement is in the public interest because it is "designed to eliminate the likely anticompetitive effects of the acquisition alleged by the United States by requiring Defendants to agree to make a divestiture and to undertake certain actions related to the divestiture to remedy the loss of competition alleged in the Complaint."See attached document....
