Brazil antitrust agency opens probe into Soy Moratorium

MLex anticipated CADE’s decision last week.Brazil’s antitrust authority has confirmed the opening of an investigation into the historic Soy Moratorium, along with suspension of the agreement designed to drive the purchase of sustainable soybean crops in the Amazon by trading companies, as revealed by MLex last week (see here)....
