Pernod Ricard loses bid for injunction as India's top court upholds trademark ruling

The Supreme Court of India, in its 97-page order, found no ground to interfere with the concurrent findings of two lower courts, saying that Pernod Ricard had failed to establish a prima facie case of deceptive similarity that could justify the grant of interim injunction.
