US ceramic producers say Commerce failed to decide cross-ownership in Indian case

( August 15, 2025, 22:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: A coalition of US ceramic tile producers said in a complaint at the Court of International Trade that the Commerce Department erred in its April final determination on like products from India because it didn’t include an affiliate of Indian exporter Antiqa Minerals in its cross-ownership analysis. The complaint raises similar concerns with Indian producer Win-Tel Ceramics Pvt. Ltd and its affiliate, and also alleges Commerce erred in an analysis of gas subsidy provisions.Complaint is attached....
