New reporting rules for EU wholesale energy markets open for feedback

The European Commission has updated requirements for market participants to submit data to the EU Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators, or ACER. The initiative also clarifies rules on authorizing and supervising inside information platforms and registered reporting mechanisms, through which participants must report information to ACER.
