Publicis challenges Indian antitrust probe in court, alleges denial of due process

In a petition filed with the Delhi High Court, TLG India, a subsidiary of Publicis Groupe, claims the Competition Commission of India's investigation is invalid because it targets “Publicis Groupe,” a brand name, instead of a legal entity. The Indian arm of the French multinational also states that the CCI has denied its request to inspect case records for over four months, hampering its ability to prepare a defense.Publicis has taken legal action against the Indian antitrust watchdog, alleging that the regulator had failed to follow due process and violated the principles of natural justice....
