GTCR says documents withheld from US FTC are privileged attorney work

( August 13, 2025, 22:32 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: GTCR attorney Daniel Culley filed a declaration with the court supporting the companies' opposition to the US Federal Trade Commission's motion to compel documents related to GTCR's divestiture. Culley told the court that he asked the company to review potential divestiture scenarios "to inform strategic discussions" regarding a potential divestiture and the impact it might have on the litigation.
