The amended claims are being brought under the state antitrust laws of Alabama, the District of Columbia, Hawaii, Kansas, Maine, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oregon, Utah, Vermont and West Virginia. State consumer protection claims are being brought under the laws of Hawaii, Illinois, Montana and Ohio. On April 30, 2020, the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York dismissed some of plaintiffs’ claims for injunctive relief alleged under the Sherman Act and Clayton Act and their claims for unjust enrichment.See attached document....
