UK Law Commission highlights AI’s impact on law, potential remedies

Unlike in its typical papers, the independent body of legal policy experts does not set out proposals for legal reform at this stage, but seeks to increase awareness and discussion of challenges around liability, insurance, model opacity and reliance on AI.
