( August 11, 2025, 22:33 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: SAP moved to dismiss Celonis's US antitrust claims over enterprise resource planning, telling a US judge the plaintiff "doubled down on a losing hand" in its first amended complaint by resting its claims on the same factual allegations. As before, Celonis admits that its customers continue to use its products without issue, and its allegations show that process-mining customers are not precluded from using those services and that SAP has not terminated any course of dealing, the motion to dismiss filed to the Northern District of California said. The amended complaint does not state a bundling or predatory pricing claim because it alleges no facts showing SAP priced its relevant product below cost, or that it did so on a pervasive basis to affect competition, the filing said.See attached document....
