US Commerce imposes duties on brake drums from China, Turkey

( August 11, 2025, 18:26 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex summary: The US Department of Commerce has imposed antidumping and antisubsidy duties on certain brake drums from China and Turkey. Multiple Chinese producers were assigned a subsidy rate of 446.83 percent, while all others have a 11.94 percent rate. Three Turkish producers were given a 131.60 percent subsidy rate, while one company and all other exporters from Turkey face a 2.80 percent rate. The dumping rate for several Chinese producers is 77.14 percent, and all others at 160.79 percent. The dumping rate for three Turkish producers is 149.29 percent, while one company and all others were assigned a 15.22 percent rate.See public inspection notices attached....
