EU weighs digital consumer law overhaul as stakeholders call for clarity, enforcement

During an implementation dialogue in Brussels, chaired by EU Justice Commissioner Michael McGrath, the stakeholders warned that legal fragmentation and regulatory overlap are hampering compliance.
