US FTC chairman lauds Texas court denying BlackRock bid to dismiss energy antitrust suit

Ferguson said in a post on X that the Eastern District of Texas court cited the FTC’s amicus brief more than seven times in its decision allowing the case to move forward. "The FTC will not stand by while companies block energy production and raise prices on Americans to advance the agenda of left-wing radicals, as the States’ complaint alleges," he said.
