Players, clubs have right to review sports arbitration awards in EU states' courts

In a judgment related to Belgian club Royal Football Club Seraing, the Court of Justice said that national judges inside the bloc must be able to "carry out an in-depth review of those awards for consistency with the fundamental rules of EU law."The press statement and judgment are attached....
