Porsche sees injunction imposed by UK court over Eurospares lawsuit

( July 28, 2025, 15:02 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Porsche has seen an interim injunction granted by a UK court that stops it refusing to supply original parts to Eurospares, a supplier of luxury car-parts, pending the outcome of an antitrust suit. UK company Eurospares is engaged in a lawsuit against the German automobile manufacturer, arguing it risked being unlawfully shut out of luxury car-parts supplies in breach of competition rules. It argued to the Competition Appeal Tribunal that a threatened refusal to supply by Porsche meant an injunction was necessary as otherwise its business could be seriously damaged.  Ruling attached....
