US importer says USITC ignored evidence in herbicide case

( July 24, 2025, 23:52 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex summary: US importer PBI-Gordon Corporation said in a complaint filed at the US Court of International Trade that the US International Trade Commission erred on five counts in its May affirmative injury finding for 2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic Acid from India and China. PBI-Gordon claims the ITC incorrectly determined it was not a member of the domestic industry and wrongly excluded certain sales from its market analysis from domestic producer Corteva Agriscience. PBI-Gordon also argues that Corteva submitted flawed data and the ITC ignored evidence that Corteva stopped supplying the US industry in 2022, a factor the company said also created flawed analysis of subject imports and price effects.See attached file....
