Visibly withdraws patent appeal case against Easee, court says

( July 24, 2025, 14:47 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Visibly’s appeal in a patent infringement case against Easee concerning EP 3,918,974 has been closed after the Unified Patent Court’s appellate judges allowed it to withdraw its case. Easee had been ordered by the Hamburg Local Division to provide 75,000 euro security for legal costs. The case was stayed due to insolvency proceedings involving Easee, but Visibly later requested the appeal withdrawal citing an out-of-court settlement. The Court of Appeal has ordered a 60 percent reimbursement of appeal court fees to Visibly.The order is attached. ...
