Seek says it will defend against Employment Hero's Australian legal action

In an email sent by Seek to its customers and seen by MLex, Employment Hero said that it wants an opportunity for the court to consider “substantive evidence, rather than ambit claims.” “We also, like you, want clarity and certainty on this matter,” the publicly listed company said.
