Vietnam fines Shopee, Tiki delivery arms for misleading advertising

( July 21, 2025, 10:06 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Vietnam’s National Competition Commission has fined SPX Express Co., a logistics partner of e-commerce platform Shopee, 200 million Vietnamese dong ($7,600) for providing misleading information about its services to attract customers from rival businesses in violation of the Law on Competition. The penalty, announced on July 21, follows a similar fine imposed on July 15 against TikiNow Smart Logistics Co., the exclusive delivery unit for e-commerce platform Tiki, for the same conduct.
