Seek accepts undertakings until Australian antitrust lawsuit is resolved

In the orders published today on the Federal Court of Australia website, Judge Elizabeth Cheeseman revealed that Seek has undertaken not to “deliberately disrupt or degrade” Employment Hero’s customers’ use of a Seek application programming interface.
