Undefeated's Australian IP challenge partially restricts Behaviour's logo use

In a ruling published recently, Benjamin Goldsworthy, delegate of the Registrar of Trade Marks, said Undefeated had established valid grounds of opposition under Section 44 and Regulation 4.15A of the 1995 Trade Marks Act, which deals with "deceptively similar" mark, for certain goods.
