Amazon request for US class-certification hearing opposed by private plaintiffs

"Amazon’s request for a joint class certification hearing on De Coster and Frame-Wilson is harmful to Plaintiffs and provides no offsetting efficiencies," the plaintiffs told a Washington federal judge in their opposition. The plaintiffs urged the judge to deny Amazon’s motion requesting the hearing "and proceed with the telephonic oral argument on August 1."  See court filing. ...
