Danish state's Copenhagen Airport takeover wins EU approval

The European Commission said the deal raised no concerns. It investigated whether Denmark, which owns a minority stake in SAS, could restrict rival airlines’ access to Københavns Lufthavne’s infrastructure, but found that was unlikely, mainly since laws regulate how airports can sell their services.
