New Zealand retailer Foodstuffs, wholesaler Gilmours face cartel charges

In a statement today, the New Zealand Commerce Commission said it will soon file civil proceedings against Foodstuffs and Gilmours for allegedly breaching the 1986 Commerce Act in their dealings with a national groceries supplier.
