LinkedIn customers seek US settlement in social networking monopolization case

( July 11, 2025, 22:41 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Purchasers of LinkedIn premium professional social networking services asked a US federal judge to grant preliminary approval for a settlement agreement resolving claims in monopolization litigation filed in the Northern District of California. The settlement would enjoin LinkedIn from enforcing or including noncompetition covenants in any of its private API agreements for three years from final approval, according to an unopposed motion filed by the plaintiffs.See attached document....
