Google need not give EU settlement documents to DOJ, states, US judge rules

Plaintiffs were denied a motion compel Google to produce the documents after the judge ordered that information relating to the feasibility of proposed remedies provided to the commission during the investigation discussions and unrelated to settlement be produced.See attached file. ...
