Dutch tax department must replace troublesome digital systems, data watchdog says

( July 10, 2025, 14:43 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Netherlands’ Tax and Customs Administration must immediately replace two digital systems that pose privacy risks, and make swift adjustments to four others, the national Data Protection Authority has said. The investigation was started after several current systems were found to resemble previously banned Risk Analysis Models that breached privacy rules. The tax department has until Oct. 15 to submit its plan to the authority.Statement follows in Dutch....
